KARL AWORE.
One of the most incredible things we have today is access to the internet. We can all communicate with each other anywhere in the world, in just minutes. That’s how I met Karl, and it was an amazing experience.
From a stable job to being unemployed: in seconds.
Starting from zero…
Karl was a student at Montgomery College, and he had a campus job. But things weren’t going as well as he had hoped…a few days before graduation, he was told, “From now on, you won’t be working here anymore.”
I remember the first time I talked to Karl. He told me that was his breaking point. To have been involved with something for so many years and then all of a sudden it completely vanished….
From the worst failures come the best experiences, right? That’s something I’ve always thought throughout my career. That’s why I had so much faith in Karl from the beginning.
«This can’t be true, I just graduated!, I thought I had a guaranteed job on campus for the rest of my life.»
Looking for a job...
Karl used to spend hours and hours looking for a job on the internet and different job portals. Unlucky for him, he couldn’t do much. Until he came across a job offer from our institution.
He didn’t hesitate twice, and jumped at the chance to try his luck with us. Before he started, he went through a learning period, during which he enrolled in our free sales training, the Journey to 24K.
Something quite interesting about all our students in this training is that they all start with low motivation.
But as they get started, they discover their true abilities. That’s what makes them stand out in the long run. We are just turning them into salespeople who were just waiting for the right time to get started.
A business that leaves us time for ourselves and our loved ones.
What are you passionate about?
I think it’s an extremely difficult question, but one that we can all answer in our own way. I’m passionate about a lot of things.
But, nothing compares to the satisfaction I feel every time my students beat their own records. That’s exactly what Karl did.
Remember that Karl started from scratch. Without any help. He was alone and unmotivated.
Until he got to our Journey to 24k.
