I still remember when we went to a restaurant with my team. It was after a long day’s work, and we all wanted to go home.
From the moment I sat down at the table, I had a good impression of the young man who was serving us. What happened next was history.
In fact, it looks like something out of a Hollywood movie. You won’t believe this…
“I was a waiter at a restaurant where José Miguel went to dinner with his team. When paying the bill, he gave me his card: ‘I’m going to give you the best tip of your life.‘At that moment everything changed.”
I knew from the very beginning that Jaime was a special person. I knew he was wasting his time in his classic routine. So I decided to give him that card, and I must admit it looked like a scene took right out of a Hollywood business movie…
Jaime joined our team. To be specific, he joined our Journey to 24K. That’s when he discovered that he had good instincts for sales, interaction, and negotiation.
A few days ago I decided to ask Jaime what was his reason for starting Ludus Mastery. This is what he answered me:
“After being in their offices, I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity and hope for a better future. I knew right away that there was nothing to lose, and a lot to gain.”
He knew from the first moment that in order to achieve incredible things, he had to leave the routine behind completely.
Jaime was an ordinary person. Today he is a leader. A true sales expert. He has more time to spend with his loved ones and has become one of our favorite students.
