I want to start this case study by emphasizing the importance of Andreina in all our projects. We have been working together for more than 6 years. Seeing her growth is something that fills me with pride because I experienced the whole process firsthand.
Sometimes we are not aware of our potential. This stops us from moving forward.
A diamond in rough.
As I like to call them: born salesmen. That is exactly what Andreina was. A saleswoman par excellence, with incredible qualities. But she had just one problem that hindered the whole process… She didn’t know how to polish her skills. This prevented her from making maximum progress.
She needed a push. A taste of reality that would propel her to where she is. That’s when she discovered Ludus Mastery.
“I have always had an entrepreneurial mind. In school I would bring snacks and sell them to my classmates after school. I was always thinking of new ways to make money, and that brought me to where I am today.”
Her first steps.
A few days ago I decided to do a short interview with her in order to complete this case study. It was surprising. I decided to ask him “why” she made the decision to learn from me:
Andreina enrolled into our Journey to 24K, and that prompted her to build a very implausible sales scheme. Why? Because her results were very, very remarkable.
At that moment I realized that she was a diamond in the rough. With my help and my knowledge she would become one of the referents of Ludus Mastery (and it didn’t take long …).
Today she works with us, and is part of our great sales team.
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. It's only for those who know how to do it.

I still remember when Andreina asked me… “Jose, how can I pay you for everything you are teaching me without knowing me?”
This was my answer: “You know what’s the best way? Take all that knowledge and give it to someone else. Help them grow, the same way I did with you. That’s the best way to pay me back.”
I am a true believer of self-growth. In fact, that’s one of the reasons I always share free knowledge on my Podcast and Blog.
It was the right time.
The reality is that Andreina not only became a great salesperson. She was able to create her own sales team. Today, she manages a franchise of water purifiers with record sales in the area, in addition to being part of the marketing team of Ludus Mastery.
She accomplished incredible things. She was able to help her friends, family, and even create things she might not have imagined herself. That’s because she reached her full potential.
Who could imagine it? Well, I knew it from the moment I met her. That’s why I told you she’s a diamond in the rough – like everyone who decides to train at Ludus Mastery!
